HAVE A FAT OR SLIM BODY
People in this world want to have ideal body. Not too fat and not too slim. In general, weight is a topic that important to discuss. Many opinions say that having a fat body is nice, and has a slim body is not attractive. Here, I am going to try discussing about fat and slim, and give my opinion about it.
In the beginning I am going talk about fat. Fat is not bad, but that is not healthy for our bodies. Someone to be fat because unhealthy lifestyle. Nowadays, a lot of people that do not care, healthy or not the foods they eat every day. Fat also caused by lack of exercise and lack of activity of the body. So far, has a fat body is not good for mental health and physical health. Many of those people who have body fat to feel stress with body condition. Thus cause the fat people feel embarrassed to show themselves to public, but being fat not too bad if people can balance it with healthy lifestyle.
Then, I am going to talk about a slim body. Have a slim body is not too bad. Everyone wants a slim body, but not thin, because has a body that is thin looks unhealthy and unattractive. People can have a slim body by implementing a healthy lifestyle every day. Has a slim body which is also caused by genetic factors of family. Not only that, if you want to have a slim body, you must be diligent in exercising and eat healthy foods everyday.
Have a fat or slim body is the same. Just, how do we implement a healthy lifestyle in our daily? Everyone has different perceptions about body weight. In my opinion, it is better to have a slim body, because, having a slim body more convenient when doing activities with a slim body and having a slim body preferably everyone.
